About The Chocolate House
A message from Susie Bristow, proprietor and chocolatier of ‘The Chocolate House’
“I started making fudge in my mother’s kitchen over 25 years ago as a hobby. After a while I added chocolates, developing different types of centres and testing them out on grateful relatives and friends! My wonderful hobby grew, and I set up The Chocolate House shop in Lancashire in 1983.
